This elegant Villa is located in Anacapri and is surrounded by beauty, with its 5000 m² private estate just for guests, which gives the Villa an unforgettable air of peace and tranquility. Wander through the olive grove, vineyard and citrus orchard, relax in the lush gardens with its colorful island flora, admire the views from the panoramic terraces overlooking the surrounding countryside and Mediterranean Sea, or take a dip in the garden’s large panoramic pool with its surrounding sundeck. There are several scenic overlooks in the Villa’s exclusive gardens where guests can unwind with a drink while gazing at the islands of Ischia and Procida on the horizon, or turn towards the South to enjoy the view over the entire Bay of Naples. Some garden terraces are furnished with wrought-iron tables and chairs, stone benches and a wood-burning oven and barbecue for an al fresco meal with family and friends.

The Villa is organized on two floors, each with a separate living and sleeping area, including double bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and dressing rooms. The ground floor includes a double living room with a large 18th century marble fireplace suitable for dining and relaxing. The elegant furnishings and modern luxuries make it the perfect gathering place for guests all day long. On the same floor, there are two double bedroom with beautiful views and en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor are located a big double bedroom with bath and Jacuzzi and a lovely living room with a fireplace decorated with Capri’s local ceramics. All the rooms have direct access to the terraces, the garden and the pool; so each guest can take advantage of all the beautiful outdoor spaces in complete independence.
