This stylish estate is located in the prime position of Portofino, overlooking both the picturesque port and town and also the sea and coastline. Guests will enjoy the direct access from the town to the villa by a private elevator carved into the rocks and also a unique private area that gives directly onto the sea.  Its prominent position atop a cliff-like hill means that the villa surveys much of the coastline as far as the opposing towns of Chiavari and Lavagna on the other side of the Ligurian gulf.

Built in the 1960’s with panoramic windows and spacious rooms, the estate also features extensive gardens designed by a renowned landscape architect and numerous areas for relaxing and dining as well as a large infinity pool overlooking the sea. Villa 0537 is one of the most beautiful estates in Portofino, decorated by a world famous architect with fine furnishings, a prominently spatial design with a regal-like décor and classic style with comfort, including an internal elevator to the various floors.

The staff is excellent and includes a butler, a chef, housekeepers and gardeners.

The House

Ground Floor:

Large entrance hall, spacious living areas with enormous sliding glass doors that give onto the gardens and panoramic views.

Studio and Dining Room also giving on to the gardens and outdoor dining areas

Upper Two floors:

Six and half bedrooms (including suite with private roof-top terrace) with ensuite bathrooms (bathtubs with and without separate showers). All of the bedrooms have twin beds and are decorated with fine furnishings and exquisite design. All bedrooms have lovely views and two of the bedrooms give on to a large private terrace. Upon request some bedrooms with twin beds can be provided with king size beds.

Lower Level:

Laundry area, kitchen areas and pantry.

The gardens include numerous areas for relaxing, reading, dining and an ideal area of the gardens for children. The infinity swimming pool with fresh sea water is large with pergolas and loggias for dining and entertaining, BBQ area, vegetable gardens. The Villa is equipped with wireless internet and satellite television. Private access to the sea. Arrival by helicopter directly in the private garden possible.

Opening period: Middle of May until the end of September. Other periods may be made available upon request.
