The Villa is located at just 5 minutes from the world renowned Ponte Vecchio and is nestled in the Marignolle hills, with a fantastic view of the Arno valley.

The property is spread out into four main buildings, all interlinked to one another with internal passages and in some cases external passages. Central building: welcomes guests through the main entrance with a concierge desk On the first floor of the central building, there are six double rooms, two of these rooms are interconnected Grande Suites with frescoed ceilings. Right Side Building (Corpo C): there are a total of twelve rooms, seven of these double rooms are located on the ground floor, whereas  five double rooms are located on the first floor. Two of these rooms are interconnecting. Corpo D Building: seven rooms of which one Grand Suite. Corpo B: accessible via both, one bedroom on the ground and four on the first floor.

The Villa has a total of 20 hectares of greenery surrounding the property, which offers a truly enchanting and nature filled backdrop. Guests can enjoy an outdoor heated swimming pool with panoramic views of the Arno valley as well as a fully equipped Technogym gym with an adjacent  petite Hamman.
