This private rural Villa located in a private estate with a guest house is nestled in the hills behind the beautiful Versilia coastline. It’s a wonderful place for a family or group of friends to experience the serenity of the Tuscan landscape while being close to sought-after resort towns such as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa.
The property location is home to shops, restaurants, a market and post office as well as St. Peter’s Abbey, a church founded by Benedictine monks featuring remnants dating back to the 13th century.
A gate encloses the grounds, which are home to gardens, lawns, trees and various seating areas that include sun loungers, benches, tables and chairs. On the side of the villa, there is a terrace with a swimming pool (15 x 4 m). The main villa has two entrances: one is access from the estate’s private road, while the other is located off of the main garden. The main garden faces the coast and is equipped with antique tables and chairs for alfresco dining.
About 10 kilometers away is Lido di Camaiore, a beautiful beach that is bordered by restaurants, shops and nightlife spots. The famed resort town of Forte dei Marmi, where there is a popular beach club, is also 10 kilometers away.
