The Villa is located on top of a hill, half way between Bolgari and Castagneto Carducci in the worldwide famous area of Bolgari Super-Tuscan wines. Thanks to its dominating and amazing position, among wineyard fields, olive trees and forests, facing as a natural terrace on the Mediterranean sea, the Villa offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscany archipelago islands: Elba, Capraia, Gorgona.

The Villa is externally built in stones and has been recently renovated following the most modern, elegant and comfortable technical solutions. The Villa is developed on two floors with wide and spacious areas. On the ground floor there are two large entrance halls, a dining hall with outdoor ambiance with a nice grapevine-covered pergola, a large kitchen, a large living room facing another external ambiance with pergola, a game room (tennis table and others amenities) and a separate TV room and a service area with a bench bed. On the top floor there are seven bedrooms with private bathrooms, giving access to a large panoramic terrace or elegant loggia. There are also one children’s room with two bunk beds and a comfortable single room.

The Property is made by 20 hectares of garden, including a wood area. The garden includes tall trees, Mediterranean aromatic herbal plants, a large grass field surrounding the Villa and leading to a glorious swimming pool (12x6mt) with a very panoramic wisteria-covered pergola with sun beds and chaise longue.

Thanks to its privileged position over the Bolgari’s wineyards, the Villa is the ideal point to have a private visit of the most famous wineries located in the area such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Argentiera and  Castello di Bolgheri with the possibility to taste the best wines and olive oils. Talasso therapy and Spa experience, private boat excursion to Elba and Capraia island are also available in the area. For golf lovers there are two famous golf club.
