The Villa is set among the untouched hills of Maremma, in Tuscany, strategically positioned to allow guests to travel to seaside or to explore the nearest cities, such as Florence, Pisa and Siena.The Villa is arranged on two floors. Ground floor: there is a double entrance hall, living room and dining room both with central fireplace, studio with Internet connection, TV room with a large satellite television, DVD, CD player, big kitchen, laundry room and ironing room, two bathrooms. Upper floor: a large terrace overlooking the landscape is the main feature, there are three twin bedrooms and three double bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms. Guest house: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Pool house: one bathroom with a Turkish bath.

A large outdoor area is the perfect place for relaxing and dining open air. Guests can enjoy many outdoor facilities such as the Turkish bath, the swimming pool, table tennis and the cellar. Mountain bikes are also great solutions for seeing the estate and the surrounding area; moreover they are suitable for the entire family and a good exercise for the body.
