This elegant Villa is located in Ischia, in a privileged position overlooking the Gulf of Naples, only 5 minutes from the main harbour. The Property provides hospitality for those travelers who wish to enjoy a special stay in the heart of Ischia, the Green Island, surrounded by luxury and comfort.

The Property is exactly on the waterfront with direct access to a famous beach. To arrive in this wonderful place the main harbour, with a landing for hydrofoils from Naples, is only one kilometer far from the Villa. Inside the house there is a little and well equipped gym, a Jacuzzi with thermal water, a sauna and a solarium. The five bedrooms of the Villa are furnished with classic style, with original marble floors and antiques providing the best comfort and charm: they are all large, bright, embellished with top quality fabrics and accessories, and overlooking the pretty park that surrounds the Villa. There are four bathrooms with shower plus one extra bathroom with access from the living; all of the bathrooms made of lovely marble.

There are 2 magnificent swimming pools located in one of the prettiest spots of the garden. One sea water huge swimming pool and one thermal water swimming pool with access from the garden.
