The Villa is located in an upland area of Pianogreca, about 2km from the centre of Lipari. Its position guarantee a splendid panoramic view and is pleasantly cool, while the atmospheric infinity pool overlooking this setting and the luxuriant Mediterranean garden surrounding it (tended by a renowned Sicilian landscape gardener) make it a little corner of paradise. Close from the Villa depart a foot-path leading to the sea: is a little country trail that is suitable for people who walk these kinds of trails regularly.

The Villa has two separate buildings, both of which have two floors. On the entrance floor of the main villa is a comfortable, cozy lounge with a fireplace, a lovely kitchen, a dining room with large windows that look out onto the splendid landscape and a guest bathroom. A large patio surrounds all the rooms. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and wood-burning stove and an atmospheric open-air dining area for summer evenings. A staircase descends to the 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with a large bathroom and shower and the other a convertible twin room with a private bathroom. Both rooms have direct access to the garden, where the swimming pool and shower are located in a slightly more private area. The second building, close to the main building, also has two floors. There is a large suite and bathroom with a spacious terrace and a double bedroom with private bathroom and a patio on the same level as the garden. Both buildings have satellite TV.

The villa is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean Garden of 2000 mq. The infinity pool (40 sq mt) is available from June to September.
