This wonderful Villa, surrounded by 10,000 square foot garden, is located in the middle of the picturesque Ischia Island.

The Property is famous in Ischia for its tower that hosts a double room bedroom with its own bath.  It is connected by few steps with the third floor, where there are a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, a kitchen and a second bathroom with bathtub. The tower is connected to a small terrace where guests can enjoy breath-taking view over the sea, Naples and islands.

Three others bedroom,s each one with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the second floor. The living area is situated on the first floor where a large island kitchen hosts a refined dining area; the living room is divided into three different area, where a special room is equipped as a pub.

On the ground floor, there is an independent apartment composed by three bedrooms and three baths on two levels. On the first one, guests find a fully equipped living room, an amazing island kitchen and an external dining/lounge area with a pretty square table (covered) and ceramic bench and chair seating.

A guesthouse is located in the Pineta garden. It is composed of three bedrooms, three baths, a living room and a kitchen. It also has an external dining area and small lounge area.

The external garden, about 10.000 mq, hosts a large swimming pool, with a slide and diving board, and a pool house with bathroom and two showers as well as a small playground space, with a wing set and slide and a large, covered external barbeque and pizza dining area.
