The main house has wonderful loggias and large dining table facing the sea, ideal for long relaxed meals. Inside, it is naturally welcoming: the property has a sitting room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, a dining area inside and a covered outside dining area, a courtyard, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and French windows to the terrace, a double bedroom with shower room en suite and French windows to the terrace, 1 twin bedroom with shower room en suite, 2 other twin bedrooms, sharing a shower room and an utility room, 1 twin bedroom with shower room ensuite.  Outdoor: The house is surrounded by rocks and a variety of plants, such as myrtle, juniper and ilex. From the front of the house, you can gaze at the islands of Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Santo Stefano and, in the distance, the mountain peaks of Corsica. The descent to two almost private beaches takes about 1 minute. (No private beachis allowed in Italy, but the access for others it is only possible from the sea). Villa Policy: Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Service 3 hours a day for 5 days a week.
