This stately home is in Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque, declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. In the town center there are boutiques selling Italian fashion, Sicilian antiques and artifacts and street cafes offering the finest coffee, ice-cream and “cannoli” in the world. There are some of the most beautiful beach resorts in Sicily. The Villa was built at the end of the 1800’s in hill that overlooks Noto and the nearby sea. The Villa sits in its own grounds of 45.000 mq. With parks, a woodland, olive groves and vineyards and the entire property is surrounded by 200 year old dry-stone walls, typical of the Region. This stately home is perfect to live one experience of history, stylish events and dream weddings. The imposing entrance to this home leads to 2 beautifully appointed and luxuriously furnished grand-salons, on ground and first floor. Leading off these magnificent rooms are four spacious, luxury suites, and one double bedrooms. Each suite has a double bedroom, marble clad bathroom, a sitting room with confortable sofas, and a large walk on balcony that overlooks panoramic views. In the dependence there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. A beautiful swimming-pool is found immediately behind the Villa.
