This ancient villa was built in the 19th century straight up the sea of the Amalfi Coast and has just been transformed into a tourists accommodation with all comforts, maintaining the architectural features of the building intact. Its four storeys are connected by an ancient stairway with artistic inlaid wood handrails and arched windows overlooking the sea. There are eight spacious and fully equipped double rooms (two of these convertible in twin beds on request): all of them have a breathtaking view just upon the sea with balconies and/or windows, comfortable sitting corner, ensuite bathroom with glass mosaic, comfortable hydro shower and/or Jacuzzi and hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, flat LCD TV with satellite, Internet point, minibar and safe. They have been elegantly decorated with antique furnishings, precious textile fabrics, hardwood floor and majolica tiled hand made floors. At the villa’s entrance, near the parking area, you can find the reception -with info and Internet point- and the living room with fireplace, ancient library and flat LCD TV 40″. On the garden floor there is the internal dining room, a little wine cellar excavated into the rock and a full equipped kitchen with laundry corner. Both rooms are overlooking a covered and panoramic loggia of about 60 sqm, the ideal area to have al fresco breakfast, lunch and romantic candle lights dinner. Another two little equipped kitchens are on the roof garden and into the natural cave near the sea with a barbecue area. The equipped panoramic roof top and the bouganville terrace, both of about 100 sqm, are the most beautiful setting for the guests’ special and unforgettable events. This property, on demand, is also available with full staff (gardener, cook and cleaning staff), so it’s possible to have a continental breakfast each morning and one meal a day: there is also a vegetable garden which supplies the kitchen. The villa enjoys a private park of about 1.500 sqm, with its own access to the sea by a stairway: 130 stone steps runs through bouganville terraces and lemon and orange gardens, till they reach the equipped solariums, the natural caves, the pool with water massage set in the panoramic viewpoint and a small private pier set in the enchanting inlet of the sea cliff. A full wellness area includes a large swim Jacuzzi of 4,30 x 2,3 metres with water massage, aromatherapy, cromotherapy, heated water and an infrared sauna for two people set into the natural grotta within a relax area.
