Situated on a small hill top and providing a wonderful Tuscan panorama, this villa (whose lower levels were built around 12th century as a farm house and olive press), was completed in 19th century as a residence for the owners. Restructuring works, begun in 1996 and ended in 1998, were carried out in order to offer hospitality and the maximum level of comfort to its selected guests. It consists of four levels: on the lower floors there are an antique olive press hall, a wine cellar, a biliard room, a big living room with high vaulted arches and an independent suite; the ground floor is composed of the dining halls, a dining terrace and the kitchen; on the first floor there are the entrance hall, a bar room, a TV hall, six bedrooms and a small chapel; on the second floor you can also find six bedrooms and a lounge. Besides the main building, there are a dependance with three bedrooms and another apartment composed of a living room and two bedrooms with fine interiors, a Jacuzzi and a kichinette. All rooms are furnished and decorated with great elegance and style, and have TV, air conditioning, telephone, bathrooms with bath tub and shower . The outdoor encloses a garden, a 2 hectares park and a 8 hectares forest surround the villa; in the park, a perfect place for long relaxing walks, there are a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi for 4 people, a tennis court, a sauna, a gym and a private parking. The whole area is protected with walls, gates and fences, to guarantee the guests’ absolute privacy.
