The elegant Villa is located few steps away from the centre of Porto Cervo, very close to the famous “piazzetta” of the village and to the main shops and supermarkets. It is built in the typical Sardinian style of white and coral colours. The outside living area is furnished with sofa and a 12 seats table as well as tv, dvd and ipod station. From here the access to the inside spacious and comfortable living room. The Villa has three king size bedrooms and one double, which have been completely restyled last year, three of them have their en-suite bathrooms. A single room and service bathroom is intended for the maid which live on the premises. The Villa has a beautiful upstairs terrace with a wonderful view on the harbour and from which one can enjoy the sunset. It is completely furnished with a 8 seats table and a big and a comfortable sofa. The house is well-equipped with all you may need for a relaxing and quiet holiday and yet it is close to the main restaurants and to the cool nightlife of the Costa Smeralda. Golf players can also enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Golf Club Pevero, a fitness center is also located on Porto Vecchio that you can easily reach on foot. The relaxing atmosphere of the Villa dipped into the green Sardinian Mediterranean scrub will allow you to enjoy the sourrandings.
