The house is an entirely renewed XVII century, a typical country property of the Puglia area, 10 minutes from the sea. The villa is immersed in a typical local landscape of olive groves and dry walls, and it is composed by three buildings with precious courts and open air facilities. The entrance is characterized by the presence of two old palms and bamboo cane field. Through the first courtyard it is possible to enter the guest area which has four bedrooms (three queen size furnished and one double, all with private bathroom). In the second one citrus fruit orchard, prickly pears, and old almond trees surround the owner’s area and rooms (three queen size furnished all with private bathroom). In the third building there are the living room, another bedroom and the kitchen. The twenty-five meters long living room is characterized by the presence of two big stone’s fireplaces and four beautiful groined vaults. This great space is ideally divided in three sub-areas: a dining room, a TV and stereo room and a living room with comfortable sofas; next to them there is a bedroom (queen size furnished) with private bathroom and a professional fully equipped kitchen (with storeroom). Facing the building there is a Mediterranean garden, characterized by the presence of a big squared pool. In the garden there is also a Lamia, a typical rural building of the Puglia’s countryside. Here there is the last bedroom (queen size furnished) with private bathroom. Also there is a pergola with a 16/18 sitting places table, a big BBQ and various garden sofas and dormouse. This Masseria style is thought as a Mediterranean, easy, modern and international. Furniture both modern and old style come from various places in the world. Modern art and design pieces come from the local and international style. The atmosphere is elegant, classical and at the same time, very familiar.
