Cristalline and emerald waters with contrasting granite rocks are elements of the natural beauties which have inspired the realization of one of the best villas in the well known Smeralda Coast. Designed by the architect Gianni Gamondi in the sixties and completely renewed in 2003, the main Villa, rising on the top of the hill of Porto Rotondo, has a spacious living room with double exposure on the marvellous Cugnana gulf. Four bedrooms all with private bathroom, two of which with jacuzzi, a fully furnished kitchen and a well covered patio where to dine while enjoying the beautiful view. Completely independent from the main villa there are two other structures: the Dependance Nuragus with its characteristic stone wall and rounded bedroom with a spectacular view on Cala di Volpe and the Dependance Il Castellino which offers a double bedroom with private bathroom for absolute comfort and privacy. The park of 12.000 m² surrounds the villa with the typical vegetation of Sardinia; perfectly integrated in the landscape of the garden there are two swimming pools, recently renovated, with hydro-massage, waterfall cervical massage, swim upstram, hydro geyser, underwater music and in the smaller pool with seven to fourteen seats different types of massages and a granite table in the center to enjoy cocktails while having an hydro massage.
