The Villa is located in a protected bay in Blevio village in the midst of seven acres of luxuriant park and garden that graciously follows the incurved coast pattern for more than 1000 ft. long waterfront.

This Lake Como waterfront historical estate, that dates back to the 18th century, hosts two separate but interconnected Villas each provided with their own respective breathtaking lake and landscaped view.
