Maremma

This recently built Villa (less than 10 yrs ago) is located in the middle of a Winery in Poggetti di Capalbio at the foothill of Capalbio in the middle of Maremma, a cozy landscape which enjoys the daily balmy presence of the Tyrrenian breezes. It is easily reachable by car from the highway and then the Aurelia road. Right next to it there is a WWF natural Oasis (Lago di Burano). It is close to the sea in an area which yearly receives prices from Legambiente for its cleanliness. The philosophy that drives the winery’s labour originates from the most genuine tradition, which requires a handpicked grape harvest and a careful root stock selection, together with the most advanced and innovative technologies, to achieve maximum quality and safety. From rediscovery of autochthonous root stocks to the use of new varieties, they strive to always pursue the very best results, supported by the generous Etruscan Maremma land and by a passionate labour and commitment. Capalbio is a very nice village which enjoys the presence of many Italian and foreign well known people who come here to spend their holidays.
