Set on top of the beautiful Umbrian hillside, Villa 0181 commands a unique 360 degree panoramic view of this scenic countryside. Located near Todi, it stands out in an area much sought out by artists and seasoned travelers for its natural breathtaking beauty and awe inspiring energy. The villa which dates back to the IXX century, has recently been painstakingly renovated to offer all modern day comforts but at the same time maintaining its old world charm as evident throughout the entire house. Situated on nearly 1 hectare of private land, Villa 0181 offers its guests complete privacy and security. The gardens around the villa are magnificent and are meticulously maintained. The heated pool, sits naturally on the grounds inviting all guests to come closer and enjoy a swim surrounded by the most incredible views of Umbria. A multi purpose tennis court has recently been added for the more active guests in search of keeping fit. This court can also be converted to a football pitch if desired and a small gym is also on offer for guests. This 5 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 11 people. It is easily accessible from the main road, and then a short stretch of country road which is maintained all year round.
The furnishings with many contemporary pieces, well inserted, emphasize the contrast with the original stone structure & provide a truly special atmosphere.
The grounds around the house, approximately 1 hectare, are completely fenced, guaranteeing privacy; the garden is magnificent, in Italian style, with a heated swimming pool, shaped to fit naturally into the design of the landscaping, so that it appears to have been there from the beginning. The part of the villa, facing the pool, has a veranda, where one can sit for meals, or just relax for hours, enjoying the gorgeous view. The villa is equipped with a sound system in every room and by the pool. Our guest can perform physical activities thanks to the presence of a private tennis court that can be also used for five-a-side football and a 5-people-football, as well as a small gym. The bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. The villa is easily accessible from the main road, and then a short stretch of country road, which is maintained in good condition.

On ground floor: entrance, billiard/games room, guest bathroom, TV room, large sitting room with fireplace and dining table for 12 people, veranda, complete kitchen with breakfast table, laundry room with WC, washing machine, dryer and full ironing facilities.

On first floor: access is possible from the downstairs sitting room by internal staircase, or directly from outside: corridor; double room with ensuite bathroom with shower; double bedroom decorated in Arab style, with walls partly covered in fabric; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath; bedroom with 3 single beds, with ensuite bathroom providing a bath; master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with both shower and bath; large library room decorated with wood finish, and fireplace within.
