This charming Villa was built at the beginning of the 1900’s and it was carefully restored in the 1970’s mantaining its original characteristics. The mediterranean architecture and the wonderful typical Capri colonnade entrance make this Villa a unique location for a holiday in one of the most exclusive Italian Islands. This Villa is one of the very few located in the center of Capri Island. It is divided into three beautiful Apartments and one small cosy studio. All rooms are furnished with care and have valuable paintings and ornaments. The first Apartment is supplied with a stunning terrace with a comfortable patio, a gazebo with a large table for 12 people, a luminous living room with two fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and small studio, two bathrooms and a laundry area. The second Apartment has a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. The third Apartment is supplied with a terrace, a living room, a kitchenette, one double bedroom and one single bedroom with two bathrooms. The studio is supplied with a kitchenette, a double bedroom with bathroom. The Apartments can be rented separately or all together.
