The Villa is a refined seaside home located in a wide 450 hectares estate in the National Park of Tuscan Archipelago. The Villa is a large, modern building recently restored and surrounded by pinus pinea (pines) and wild rosemary bush. The large windows and the terraces overlooking the pine forests that lead down to the sea with a beautiful panorama. The Villa is developed on one floor: at the entrance you can find a comfortable living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the left there are the “night zone” with three twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms and four bathrooms with bathtub.
