Maremma

The Villa is a typical example of 18th century countryside architecture, located in the Tuscan Maremma, a fascinating land rich in history, culture and tradition. The Villa is in the centre of a prestigious country farm surrounded by 15 hectares of vineyards and hundreds of olive trees and secular oak trees granting a unique and exclusive atmosphere that makes you taste and feel the typical Tuscan scents and landscape. The central building of the Villa is supplied with 4 double bedrooms with bathroom, a wide living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a functioning ancient wood oven. The original ancient stone portals, the 1700 fireplace and the terrace overlooking the hills all the way down to the Albenga river valley, are perfectly balanced with the thorough renovation of the whole estate. Adjacent to the central body there is a small annex with one double bedroom and a small rural home with one bedroom, a living room and a porch looking onto the Monte Argentario. All the bathrooms have been renovated with a particular attention to details, with travertine covering and very functional accessories.
