The Villa represents a real jewel of the 18th century architecture, that after a patient work of restoration, returned to its original splendour and to the magnificence of its history. It’s surrounded by a wide garden, one of the few Vesuvian villa gardens still intact today. It is divided into three parts: a central one which is exclusively decorative, representing the ideal background of the building, and two lateral ones originally the agricultural pertinence of the Villa. The building has miraculously kept its environmental characteristics: at the back, the garden borders with the wood of Portici, on the front, the beautiful view to the horizon including the Ercolano ruins, looking downwards you can embrace the Gulf of Naples, looking up the view is dominated by the Vesuvio and the Borbone Royal Palace of Portici. The Villa has the structure of a court and an almost square plan. The main entrance is an elegant big portal studded with bosses. Rococo style stuccoes characterize the balconies of the noble floor as well as the ground floor windows. The fade is characterized by two corner loggias, once uncovered, that have a typical bored balustrade like the one on the noble floor terrace. The perspective goes all the way to the pavilion on the back border, from the main gateway, through the entrance hall, the courtyard, another hall on the posterior fade, beyond the building on the green, over the fountain representing Leda and the swan, centre of the garden composition. The well-decorated large halls can host up to 500 people in a comfortable and air-conditioned environment. On the noble floor, all the rooms are decorated both on the vaults and on the walls. There are also two air-conditioned rooms with a total of 300 places.All these rooms are ideal for cultural events, art exhibitions, meetings and ceremonies.On the back of the Villa there is a 10.000 m2 equipped park, with wonderful pavilions all around, an ample parking with more equipped areas for outdoor events with a large gazebo for up to 250 people.
