The Villa is surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and a vegetable mediterranean garden in the so called Chianti Shire. It is a beautiful XVIIIth century colonial building converted farmhouse in local stone. It has been recently renovated but it still keeps many of its classic original architecture features. The resort is developed onto 3 floors: the Ground Floor has a yard, wood-fired bread oven area with covered sit-in loggia plus chairs, sofas, dining tables and large umbrellas. The First Floor encloses a reached by an external stone staircase, there are a wide living room with fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 charming single bedrooms, 1 refined double bedroom with four-poster beds and 1 twin bedroom with 2 four-poster beds and 2 bathrooms. The Second Floor consists of a dressing room with a sofa bed for child, 1 suite master bedroom with 1 bathroom qith tub and shower. The Villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with aromatic essences vineyards, olive groves, cyoress trees and forests. A Panoramic Swimming Pool (14×7 mt) 1.80 mt deep is also available.
