The Tower is a unique villa, in a magical position overlooking the clear blue sea of the Maremma and Argentario, Giglio & Montecristo Island. Originally it was an ancient watchtower that has been fully restored.

On the right of the entrance, there is a little dining room with fireplace and from there guests can access two lovely double bedrooms with their bathrooms. On the left, there are a fully equipped kitchen and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

On the first floor, guests find a luminous lounge with an amazing view and a little kitchenette. This lovely room open onto a terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and sunloungers.

In another wing of the villa, the ancient watchtower, there is a characteristic double bedroom with fireplace and on the level above a dressing area and a bathroom with shower. From here there is access to a little terrace at the top of the tower.

Close to the main villa there is a guest house which has a sitting room and two double bedrooms each with their ensuite bathroom with shower.

In the terrace area there is a swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by wooden sun deck. The villa has its’ own walkway leading down to a platform rocky beach.

The renowned national park of the Maremma is very close and can be explored by foot, horseback and bike.
