The villa is located on the gentle hills of Monferrato.
The Relais is a typical 18th century farmhouse, belonging to an ancient nobel piedmont family. In 2005, the Architect Carlo Alberto Caire di Lauzet, specialized in the renovation of historical villas, has restructured the hamlet with rationality and sober elegance, respecting the unique imprinting of the past enjoying all of today comforts necessary to pass a unique and exclusive stay.
The relais is developed onto 2 floors.
Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen a dining room and 2 living rooms each with a fireplace with the exception of the kitchen.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The superb garden rich in trees of rare species and ancient roses is the main attraction of the Villa and was opened to the public between 1987 and 1996. The elegant swimming-pool, made of natural stones, is surrounded by the garden and offers a beautiful view on the valley all around.
Weekly Rentals from Saturday to Saturday; pool open from April to October; Check in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m; check out within 10:00 a.m.; no pets allow.
