Originally erected around 1700 by the Spanish Governor Josè Bolagnos, is located in the center of Milano, one block from Piazza San Babila and neighboring famous streets (via Montenapoleone, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Corso Venezia)

The Palace offers a large area on the first floor of the building, accessible form a monumental stairway as well as from elevators. The area is divided into five different Halls. The largest one is adequate for public meetings (150 seats) and for large receptions. The other Halls can accommodate smaller meetings and may serve as a support. All the Halls have either large frescoed ceilings or antique wooden coffered ceilings, and three spacious bathrooms are at guests’disposal. The great Hall has also the privilege of hosting two very large tempera on canvas paintings by Nicola Bertuzzi, L’Anconitano, and frescoes by Gersam Turri, who is also the Author of smaller works in different parts of the Palace. The Palace offers several solutions for private and intimate events allowing guests to retrace the steps of all the famous historical guests that the family owner hosted. For corporate meetings and events, thanks to its different halls, the Palace is an ordinary frame. Customers can have access to web facilities and video equipment, and, in addition, full support to final cuisine preparations for small and large meals.

The outer part of the Palace is beautifully preserved. Recently, in order to enrich the façade, two large flowerbeds have been added to the front. Visitors can easily walk a few minutes to the most elegant parts of town:  San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, via Manzoni, ideal for visiting and shopping.
