Located in Les Praz, a small village between Chamonix and Argentiere, this chalet is within walking distance from the Flegère ski domain. It is decorated in the Italian style, popular in the 70s, but retains a special cachet for those looking for a warm and cosy chalet. With its four large bedrooms, a lovely living area and a large balcony looking to the high peaks of the Mont Blanc, this property is ideal for families. On the ground floor there are a ski room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with toilet; the first floor is composed of a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and an ensuite master double bedroom, while on the second floor you can find an ensuite double bedroom. There is also a private parking for up to three cars and a large garden for children to play in. The chalet is five minutes by car from Chamonix and only 200 metres from the cross country ski slopes: it is also possible to reach Chamonix along a lovely trail in 20 minutes by foot.
