The Villa it is located in a strategic position near Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. This 13th century Castle, subsequently turned into a Villa, has recently been renovated. Traces of the original 13th century fortress are visible in the square brick tower and in the walls by the Villa.The Villa is developed onto 2 floors:the Ground Floor: a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a sumptuous dining room with access to the courtyard; the living room with fireplace has a reading room alcove with TV and computer. On this floor a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The First Floor: 1 of the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, 2 twin bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, 1 with shower and tub and the other with shower. The fifth double bedroom with outside balcony overlooks the front yard, its own bathroom with both shower and Jacuzzi. On the floor also a laundry room with wardrobe. In the medieval Tower (separate access from the Villa), a comfortable living room, an exclusive suite with fireplace, a small bathroom and a panoramic terrace. On the front of the Castle a beautiful 10×5 meters swimming pool shadowed by an arch way. Weekly Rentals from Saturday to Saturday; swimming pool opened from 1st May to 30th September; Check-in from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Check-out within 10:00 am; a maximum number of 4 children (aged 12 or less) can stay at the property; no pets allowed.
