The Apartment is one of the most luxurious places to stay in Rome and occupies the two top floors of one of the most exclusive Roman Palaces, next to the Rome’s legendary Via Condotti. In 1830 Emperor Napoleone III lived here with his mother. A careful renovation has restored the Apartment to its original splendour. The Apartment consists of three magnificent rooms each more impressive than the other with antique furnishings, impressive oil paintings, XVI century tapestries, parquets floors and hand-stencilled walls. The Master Bedroom has a large canopied bed draped with beautiful fabrics and silks. One of the six huge paintings in the bedroom forms the headboard while another painting opens to reveal an exquisite marble bathroom. Guests enter the Palace through massive wooden doors and pass along an elegant arcade of Doric columns with ancient artefacts on display that were excavated on site. A grand marble staircase, lined with antique marble busts of Roman Emperors, leads up to the entrance of this unique private Apartment. Each Guest is welcomed in an atmosphere of warmth and full respect for complete privacy and comfort. A wonderful occasion to go back in time and feel the savour of Roman tradition with all new technologies. Recently restored, the Blue Bedroom has been added to the Apartment and is an optional part. It is located on the left of the Master bedroom and has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, a cabinet and a small balcony. The Roof Garden Suite is located on the upper floor of the Palace and has one of the most beautiful roof garden overlooking the city, with a multi-level decked terrace furnished with terracotta pots of lavender. From here, you enjoy stunning views across one of the world’s most beautiful cities. To enter the suite you climb a spiral staircase reaching a charming sitting room overlooking the terrace, with stairs leading down to a very cosy small double bedroom. The intimate, low-ceiling bedroom has an alcove bed, one side descent and ensuite bathroom. A unique opportunity to discover the real atmosphere of the Eternal City.
