The Villa, recognized as a National Modern Architecture Listed Building by the Ministry of Culture, has huge glass walls, which can be lifted via an original electrical system, opening up the living rooms and the dining room to the sea. Concrete framed glass blocks (usually an industrial feature) quite unusual for a villa, blended with ancient roman remains and statues dating from the early 1900 let its guests enjoy an unparalleled experience.

The Villa’s Park (20 ha) is one of the most astonishing examples of “macchia mediterranea” with century old trees. Woods, a garden, a swimming pool, a patio, soccer field, 4 terraces overlooking the sea, a second detached guest mansion as well as a private beach, accessible by land only from the villa, make this property unique on the Italian Riviera.

The Villa enjoys the highest level of privacy. Its huge park and the Villa are set on a peninsula and are fully secluded from the nearby village. The town has two bays: Baia delle Favole, (Fairy Tales), and Baia del Silenzio, the (Bay of Silence). Baia delle Favole or “Bay of Fairy Tales” was named in honor of Danish writer, Hans Christian Andersen, who lived in Sestri Levante  in 1833. You can have a private boat tour of Portofino, and Cinque Terre. Lunch on the rocks.
