Completely refurbished in 2015, this Villa was built in 1833 by Baron Ciani, who at the time was the owner of Villa d’Este, and soon became “the place to be” for the VIPs of the time and was home to many industrialists of the area. It is the ideal place for families and friends looking for a private home away from home and for very exclusive high-end stays. 

Located within the a 25 acre park, it offers both garden and lake views.

Spread over 700 square meters (7,535 square feet), the Villa offers a stunningly beautiful and spacious living room with big windows facing out over the Lake, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms with marble bathrooms all distributed over three floors and a multi-functional room (gym and relaxing room). One of these bedrooms is a Presidential Suite with balcony, one is a Top Junior Suite, one is Double Deluxe Superior and three are Double Executive Rooms. All rooms can have either a large bed or twin beds. The Villa is fully air conditioned and has wi-fi. The bright veranda which opens onto the hidden garden where guests can relax and find intimacy and a second terrace with a large patio (60 square meters/640 square feet in total) are two peculiarities of the Villa.

The outside patio with view on the Lake and the park and the hidden garden are the ideal place where guests can dine or simply entertain with their family and friends enjoying the beauty of Lake Como. Guests can also enjoy the floating swimming pool close by as well as the Restaurants and all the facilities of the Sporting Club located inside the property.

A flight with the seaplane to admire from above one of the most beautiful landscape in the world.
