This Palace is located on the Grand Canal and it was built in a discretely modernist style to the specifications of a famous 19th century Venetian artist.
The Palace is developed in three floors. Ground floor: spacious entrance hall from the private garden courtyard where a modern lift or a splendid ancient staircase brings you directly to the Palace’s living rooms. First floor: sunny central living room, decorated with Fortuny fabrics and overlooking the Grand Canal though large picture windows and a central balcony. Among the antique furniture is a fine Steinway grand piano. The dining room contains an important collection of rare porcelain. Large master bedroom with a terrace, an adjoining dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is also a bathroom for guests, the Artist’s studio, a kitchen and a laundry. Second floor: reception room with outstanding view over the city and a private terrace on the garden side of the house. From the terrace you can access a double bedroom overlooking the Grand Canal. There are two further bathrooms and a kitchen.
The terrace is an amazing outside living area surrounded by roses, peonies, sunflowers, bouganvillas. The main entrance is an enchanted walk through a colourful, magic garden.
