The Villa is located in a small private Island on Lake Pusiano, near Lake Como and between Como and Lecco.
The Villa is developed onto 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a living room with fire place, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom both with view on the Lake; a single bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a depandance with a twin bedroom with view on the Lake and a small bathroom.
The Villa is completely surrounded by a park, composed most of all by cypresses, several of them centuries-old. As the current owner is a fond of animals, the Island hosts an impressive variety of fauna: squirrels, herons, titmice, swans, peacock, and wallabies, (a kangaroos specie). The island can be reached by boat or by helicopter.
