The Villa is a combination of traditional and modern architecture: its renovation took 4 years, and it was designed and managed by two famous Swiss architects. The Villa, developed on three floors, offers eleven sleeps in five bedrooms, four in the main Villa and one in the independent guest house. Ground floor: double living with fireplace and TV, home theatre Loewe, professional dream kitchen in inox, dining room for 12 people, laundry room, toilets, fitness room. First floor: big entrance, triple bedroom, closet and bathroom (shower),twin bedroom, closet and bathroom (shower). Second floor: double bedroom, closet and bathroom (shower), double bedroom, closet and bathroom (bath tub and shower), big office and closets. Guest house: double bedroom, closet and bathroom (shower), living room with panoramic views.
The Villa is in a panoramic position with a 360 degrees view on the landscape, 1 hectare of land with olive trees. On the south part of the house there is a big terrace in terracotta with pergola, dining table for 12 people, outside inox kitchen with grill and teppanyaki (Japanese grill), amazing infinity pool 5x12m.

The outside style has been preserved as a typical country house from Marche, but the internal part has been entirely re-organised according to a luxurious, high comfortable and minimalist style.
