The Villa is located on the southern part of Elba Island, on Tuscany. The Villa is developed in a single floor: the entrance leads to a beautiful patio in the middle of the main building. On the other side there is a library, a sitting room and a dining room.

There are: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 suite (double room with bathroom and dressing room). all these bedrooms have sea view and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are also other 2 twins bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a single room with private bathroom with shower. On the backside, there is
an independent second building with a different entrance, with a bunk bed bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also an external shower.

The Villa has different points all over the garden to enjoying the relaxing and beautiful landscape. There is a big terrace overlooking the sea with a series of different seats and an external dinnerv table in granite, typical of the Island. You can find other seats under a centuries-old olive tree and an equipped swimming pool (with salted
water) area with wooden seats, sunbeds and a table for lunch. You can also enjoying a relaxing walk through the typical green mediterranean bush.

The Villa is available for weekly rentals; children under 8 years old are accepted only with nannies or dedicated persons; no pets allowed.
