The Villa was built in 1917 and It is one of the very few mansions built in the beginning of last century in Courmayeur, and the only that is still used as a single family residence. The construction is made out of stone and original red larch materials giving to the Villa an outstanding charm. The 1,000 squared meters were restored respecting its original structures and decorations. Immerse in the woods overlooking Mont Blanc with an absolutely privileged access to the slopes, It stands on the rim of a large clearing, protected by pines and larches, where is common to see wild animals, because of the complete quiet and wilderness of the site.
