The Villa is located in the midst of 12.000 mq. of luxuriant gardens and woods and overlooking Lake Maggiore.This Lake Maggiore waterfront Villa dates back to the 18th century. The spacious Villa consist of two floor levels. The ground floor is comprised of an entrance area from where you can access four main rooms which include a dining room, a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, a library which has internet access and drinks bar, a leisure room with a large window that lends a light and airy atmosphere. All of these rooms overlook immaculate lawns and the impressive Lake Maggiore. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen, a nursery and two lavatories that complete the ground floor. The first floor provides a welcoming reception and three suites are comprised of the Azalea suite, the Camellia suite, and the Rhododendron suite; all are confortable double rooms with spacious en suite bathrooms equipped with bath tub and a shower. All suites have a terrace overlooking Lake Maggiore. Both the Camellia and the Rhododendron suites have a sofa bed that can accommodate two children. On the second floor you can find other three suites: Ortensia suite, Magnolia suite and Gardenia suite: all of them are double rooms and have a marvelous Lake view. The large outdoor swimming pool , which is 19 mt. Longue and 3 mt. Deep, is easily located in the middle of the park . The pool is illuminated by night.
