This historical complex is located along the way from Spoleto to Montefalco, perched up on a hill and surrounded by olive trees, with a 360 degree outlook from Spoleto to Assisi. Its rich history dates back to the late 1700’s and it was designed by the great architect Giuseppe Valadier. It is one of the the most remarkable examples of elegant countryside residences in Spoleto and in the entire Umbria region. The villa is internally organized on two floors; the ground floor with the large common areas and the bedrooms on the top floor. All the Villa bedrooms on the second floor are furnished in a magnificent classical style with windows and a wonderful view of the Spoleto valley and the park. The delicate tones of the interior make every room an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. 10 bedrooms with private bathroom completely renovated (7 doubles, 1 double and 2 singles). The Villa offers to its guests a magnificent terrace with stunning views of the Spoleto valley and the park, a pool table, free wifi, an honesty bar lounge and several livings for reading, music, playing cards and tv set. Around the Villa, the same architect designed a large park, nowadays a national monument too. Centenary hedges, secular trees, two vast symmetrical gazebos in wrought iron made as rose garden, a large elliptic esplanade in front of the facade encircled by two-wall exedrae which open to two opposite “belvedere” with panoramic views of the countryside leading towards the valley. Outdoor furniture and potential use: on the front of the villa iron sofas and cushions up to full capacity of the Villa. On the south side of the Villa, with beautiful view of Spoleto, dinner table and chairs up to full capacity of the Villa. On the south/west edge of the hill, overlooking Spoleto and surrounded by olive groves, a large sun drenched swimming pool.

There is also an Annex, called “Vecchie Cucine”, is a 3-storey building adjacent to the Villa with 3 independent bedrooms: on the top floor 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms can be used as a self-contained apartment unit; on the middle floor – internally connected by way of a tunnel – a double bedroom with bathroom and a largest studio room.
