The Villa is located in the very heart of Chianti, between Florence and Siena. Once a fortified watch tower dating back to the XIII century, now it looks like a lovely country house. The Villa is surrounded by a 20 acre estate producing excellent Chianti Classico and olive oil. It is divided in three levels: the Ground Floor has a small lobby, breakfast room, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with table seating up to 14 people, guest bathroom. The First Floor consists of a large living area composed of a double living room, a sitting room with fireplace, a study also with fireplace, a tv room; double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub; single room for the exclusive use of the cook. The Second Floor encloses a double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and telephone shower, two double bedrooms sharing a very spacious bathroom with tub and telephone shower. The Dependance has a sitting room, a bedroom with three single beds (ideal for children) and ensuite bathroom, bedroom with French size bed (ideal for the nanny) and ensuite bathroom. Finally the Outdoor that consists of a large garden with 13×6 m swimming pool and hard surface tennis court.

Villa Policy is based on weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday; Check in from 4 to 7 p.m, Check out within 10 a.m; swimming pool open from 1st May to 15th October; no pets allowed.
