The Villa is spread on three floors: on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sliding windows and views of the garden and sea, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a laundry room and pantry, a gorgeous SPA with Sauna and Jacuzzi, toilet and a wide private gym. On the first floor there are three spacious and bright double bedrooms and a fantastic terrace in which you can admire the sea. The bedrooms come with private bathroom and private TV & air conditioning plus private terrace. The decor is exquisitely refined, with attention to the details of taste and style, modern and practical design, cozy and sophisticated, every area of the house has been studied and well designed in order to offer a dream stay. On the second floor we find other 3 master bedrooms with private bathroom, terrace, TV and air conditioning. On the third and last floor a comfortable loft with private bathroom and double bedroom in case there is need of extra space for a potential house carer/babysitter.
