You will find a stunning outside living space and  dining areas for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an astonishing view. The terrace on top of the house is beautifully equipped with nice and comfortable sofas.

The Villa is close to a famous golf course and to the villages of Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole and Orbetello. It’s  also very easy to make a daily excursion to Isola del Giglio by boat .

The guests of the Villa have free access to the exclusive private beach situated down the hill. A small and good restaurant and bar is opened there in summer time.
